Residential Home Inspections
Our residential inspections provide a full evaluation of the home’s major systems and components, including structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, foundation, and more. Each inspection includes thermal imaging and moisture diagnostics to identify issues that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection. Clients receive a clear, detailed report with photos and actionable recommendations.
Commercial & Industrial Inspections
We perform commercial and industrial inspections for offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and specialized facilities. As a CCPIA Certified Commercial Inspector, Jorge evaluates building systems, safety concerns, deferred maintenance, and environmental risks. These inspections help investors, owners, and tenants make informed decisions with confidence.
Mold Assessment
As a TDLR Licensed Mold Assessment Technician, Jorge provides professional mold evaluations using moisture mapping, thermal imaging, and air or surface sampling when needed. Mold assessments identify moisture sources, evaluate indoor air quality, and provide clear guidance for remediation or prevention. Reports are compliant with Texas regulations and designed to protect client health and property.
WDI (Termite) Inspections
As a TDA Licensed WDI Inspector (Pest Inspection Network, Inc. TPCL #783068), Jorge performs wood-destroying insect inspections for real estate transactions, new construction, and preventative evaluations. Inspections include checking for termites, carpenter ants, beetles, conducive conditions, and treatment verification. Clients receive the official Texas WDI report required by lenders and builders.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging is included with every inspection. This technology helps identify hidden moisture, insulation gaps, electrical hotspots, and temperature anomalies that may indicate underlying issues. It provides a deeper level of insight beyond what can be seen visually.
Moisture Diagnostics
Moisture intrusion is one of the most common causes of property damage. We use professional moisture meters, hygrometers, and thermal imaging to locate leaks, assess humidity levels, and identify areas at risk for mold growth or structural deterioration.
Drone Roof Surveys
As an FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, Jorge performs aerial roof inspections for steep, tall, or inaccessible roofs. Drone imaging provides high-resolution photos of shingles, flashing, penetrations, gutters, and potential damage without risking safety or missing critical areas.
Sewer Camera Inspections
Sewer line issues can be costly and difficult to detect. Our sewer camera inspections evaluate the condition of the main drain line, identifying blockages, root intrusion, pipe damage, or improper installation. This service is highly recommended for older homes and properties with large trees.
Environmental Assessments (ESA)
As an ASTM E1527-21 ESA Professional, Jorge performs environmental assessments to identify potential contamination risks, historical land use concerns, and environmental liabilities. These assessments support real estate transactions, commercial development, and due diligence requirements.
